I chose to reinvent myself.
After more than 20 years leading my own company and structuring operations in high-pressure environments, I decided to apply my experience to a new challenge: helping ambitious SMEs integrate AI and automation to become more efficient, agile, and profitable.
In 2005, I founded my first company from scratch.

Then, the market changed — abruptly.
The arrival of new technologies reshaped the entire playing field.
Rather than resisting, I made the strategic decision I now recommend to my clients: evolve fast and with clarity.
That’s how I joined a tech startup as Chief Operating Officer, specialized in Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, conversational AI, advanced automation).
There, I learned to build modern, agile, and scalable operational architectures.
